1. Use of Our Templates

All products sold on Volo are digital goods.7
Each purchase or access plan grants you a license to use the templates according to the License Agreement (personal or commercial use, but not resale).
You may not resell, redistribute, or share our templates as standalone files.

2. Membership & Access Plans

Annual and lifetime access plans include all available and future templates for the specified duration.
Sharing access credentials with others outside your licensed team is strictly prohibited.
Volo reserves the right to update, replace, or discontinue templates at any time.

3. Payments

All payments are processed securely through Lemon Squeezy.

By completing a purchase, you agree to Lemon Squeezy’s own terms of service and privacy policy.
You are responsible for ensuring your payment details are accurate.

4. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final.

Once a template or membership is purchased, refunds, exchanges, or cancellations are not offered.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, templates, and assets available through Volo are the intellectual property of Volo and its contributors.

Purchasing a license grants you the right to use, not ownership of, the design files.

6. Limitation of Liability

Volo is not responsible for:

Any damages resulting from the use or inability to use our templates.
Loss of data, profits, or business interruptions caused by our products.

All templates are provided “as is,” without any warranty, expressed or implied.

7. Changes to Terms

Volo reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time.
